Debbie Clark

As Business Development Coordinator, Debbie supports the entire team by enhancing clients' communication and experience with the ERS team. Debbie joined the ERS team in April 2013.

Johanna Dias

As Business Manager, Johanna manages the Business Operations Unit and co-manages the PIC Formation Unit. Johanna began her career in the PIC Management industry in 2004.

Rachel Douglas

As Underwriting Assistant, Rachel fully supports the Underwriting Unit and is backup support to the PIC Formation Unit. Rachel joined the ERS team in March 2013 as an Administrative Assistant and advanced to Underwriting Assistant in March 2014.

Merilee Edwards

As a Senior PIC Manager, Merilee co-manages the PIC Management Unit for small PICs and co-manages the PIC Formation Unit. Merilee began her career in the PIC Management industry in 2000. Prior to that, she was a Staff Accountant at a financial audit firm. Merilee has a BS degree in Accountancy from Arizona State University.

Yvonne Lollar

As Underwriting Manager, Yvonne manages the Underwriting Unit, Claims Unit, and co-manages the PIC Formation Unit. Yvonne began her career in the PIC Management industry in 2008. She has a BA from Youngstown State University.

Ashley Orozco

As Administrative Assistant, Ashley fully supports the Business Operations Unit, PIC Formation Unit, PIC Management Unit and is backup support to the Underwriting Unit. Ashley joined the ERS team in March 2014.

Anne Ruckle, ACI

As a Senior PIC Manager, Anne co-manages the PIC Management Unit. Anne began her career in the PIC Management industry in 2007. She has a BS in Accountancy from Arizona State University West and has earned her Associate in Captive Insurance certificate from the International Center for Captive Insurance Education. Anne joined the ERS team in September 2014.

Melissa Sanchez

As Junior Captive Manager, Melissa is responsible for primary client contact and maintaining the books and records of the PICs. Melissa is presently pursuing her BS degree in accountancy from the University of Phoenix and has an Associate degree in Business Administration. Melissa joined the ERS team in May 2014.

Landry Slapper

As Junior Captive Manager, Landry is responsible for primary client contact and maintaining the books and records of the PICs. Landry has a BS degree in Accountancy from Arizona State University. Landry joined the ERS team in January 2013.
